Any info about xplorer panniers from this manufacturer? Are they good enough to stop waiting for givi outback launch?

Strong enough for normal touring use i presume. Only have them for 2500 km yet.

I have a friend who bought these hepco & becker panniers and is in trouble. They are very high on the bike and the passenger gets with bruises on his legs at the end of a trip.
The brand does not solve the problem.

Yep, they`re not the most handy panniers when riding with pillions. I hardly ever do so no worries for me. But if you ride with pillion a lot, I`d suggest looking (and trying) other panniers.

I like the Givi panniers.
Not that high and no problems for the pillion.
