Where are all the CTs?
on: April 29, 2013, 05:04:44 PM
I have been out many times now this year and have yet to see another CT on the open road - where are they all. With supposedly over 1200 sold in Germany now, I wondering if the sales figures are false.

I'm off to the Sauerland for a tour this weekend, I doubt I'll see a CT - which is OK, because then I don't have such a common bike.

Maybe I need to go to Holland or Belgium to see a fellow CT rider  :008:

I cant tell about Germany, but in Turkey, where over 160 CTs have been sold last year (reportedly), I did see some when traveling on my bike. 4 weeks ago, one day small trip (300 km or so), i met 3 of them on the road.

Maybe that was what tickled me into buying it right now  :001:

Well Doc, same over here in Belgium. I really don't know where they are. Same for the VFR 1200F.
How long Honda will continue to produce our bikes?

That is strange right enough Doc. Especially when you hear other marquee owners saying they wouldn't buy a Honda because they are too common and too boring. Very interesting!
What do you mean it's raining....get ootside and ride the thing.

Common and boring? That would be the GS - with around 7000 a year sold in Germany, everyone has one. You don't ask a German what bike he's got, you ask him what extras he's got on his GS  :745:
