Crosstourer electronic part location
on: April 26, 2013, 08:56:36 PM
Does anyone has a electronic components location scheme for our Crosstourer?
I can locate them using wiring diagram by wire color, but it wastes time.
I'm going to install alarm system and need it so much.

Does anyone has an idea how to control 5v side flasher by 12V alarm system signal without feeding
control panel?

Thank you, Moly! Your info is very usefull, but i started my works without it simply disassembled all cowls and rised the tank...
I located most of electronics and if i had a question, i checked them through wire color.
But i'm was unhappy because alarm i installed was defective and on its outs i can only got 1.3V instead of 12V so it was returned to
dealer and i started my short eurotrip without alarm system, but with ABUS Granite wheel lock and secured parking in all places where
i have stops.

But my pre-trip experience was useful when i was forced to purchase and install Garmin's in Budapest - it was done in 1.5 hours in the guesthouse garage.

On next week i will proceed my alarm installation and you will my guiding star! :440:

'mediante el uso de un traductor' Miguel pregunta si alguien tiene un manual o un enlace a uno, Hola Miguel... hay algunos miembros que poseen un manual (me incluido) pero hay no hay versión electrónica disponible en cuanto sabemos. El manual de taller puede solicitarse en cualquier concesionario Honda usando parte número 62MGH00 y cuesta alrededor de £40 GBP

'by using a translator' Miguel is asking if anyone has a manual or a link to one, Hola Miguel .... there are a few members who own a manual (myself included) but there is no electronic version available as far as we know. The workshop manual can be ordered from any Honda dealer using part number 62MGH00 and costs around £40 GBP
