ADAC Safety Training Facilities - Breakfast
on: April 21, 2013, 07:18:18 AM
Today, I'm off to the ADAC Safety Training Ground in Grevenbroich with my son to meet a few CTs from the German Forum, and some guys from work. They are doing a Season Start-Up Info Day for Bikers, and it includes a cheap breakfast  :002:

So, breakfast at 10, then after breakfast, going for a ride into the Eifel  :305:

Met 2 other CTs from the German Forum.

Achim (white Manual), Doc (Silver DCT) and Thomas (Red DCT)

And afterwards, my son and I managed 280km through the Eifel via Monschau - and it was cold!  :190:

And would you believe it...

A police bike with blue lights flashing came up behind us near Nidiggen (serious twisties but only 50kph allowed), and as we were not speeding we slowed down to let him pass. He pulled us over and told us to go faster as a bike race was coming up behind - then we had a police escort through the twisties in a 50kph zone at times up to 100kph - result!

Police: "Go through the 50 zone as fast as you can."
Me: "OK, if you insist!"

As ever, CT was great.  :152:

Just back from our trip in West-Flanders and France. Nice sun, but not warm,at all.
Total of 360 km. And again, I enjoyed riding the CT.
