Nice pictures and report Scotsy  :047: Congrat's on the doing the Hardnott and Wrynose in those conditions  :037:
I know all that area very well myself, having spent many years staying at Windermere, Keswick,Grasmere, but mainly Ambleside, as bases for walking. Also been up a couple of times with mates and camped at Brothers water down near the Inn.
In fact I am riding up to Hawkshead this coming Saturday with 7 other bikes for one night only .So hopefully I will have more luck with the weather, and looking at the forcast we might be lucky  :152:
One of my favorite views of the Kirkstone Pass Inn,apart from being sat inside it having a pint, is looking down on it from the summint of Red Screes that faces it.

Well done mate, good report! Riding in those conditions, yer almost as mad as me!

We hope to be covering those same roads at the end of this month as we're heading down to the Boil rally in Kirkby Stephen.

I don't know how you guys manage to have such results. Last sunday I had 42 mpg, and I was not driving fast. OK, we where 2 on the bike, but nevertheless......

My first run this year, last weekend was just over 200 miles, puter said no fuel left, took 20.44 litres.
As I wasn't behaving I thought not too bad really, but usually manage 230 to the puter saying no miles left.
