Did my first fill up and got......42mpg!
on: October 01, 2012, 05:06:19 PM
Admittedly that was two up for most of the journey and keeping pace with a few friends who were riding solo and on sports bikes. Im not sure how it will fare with fullluggage installed  :021:

Oh well at least its a hoot to ride - I just love the sound of the V4 through the Akra can  :152:

First tank saw 50mpg, but now averaging between 45-50mpg as the mileage and speed rises!

Got to admit I was expecting a lot worse and will be very happy with anything in the 40's with that V4 engine :062:

As I can't afford the points for speeding I happily tootle around the speed limits most of the time and even with full luggage I can hit around if not over 50mpg so I'm happy enough with consumption.

48.5 mpg(or 5.7 li/100km) in its first 600 miles.  It should loosen up so I'm expecting an improvement, but...

On the track at Silverstone it did develop a drinking problem - but I'll forgive it!
