Wiring harness for handle bar accessories
« on: July 21, 2012, 05:16:04 PM »
Hi all,
i read a thread here a few weeks ago about wiring in the harness behind the left hand fairing. I bought the CT standard in Ireland and then later bought a few accessories in the UK at a much reduced price. My problem is the Honda part"kit sub harness" part number 08A00-MGH-640, has a 6 pin jack plug with flat blade type pins and the jack plug behind the fairing is a round  bullet type pin, the plastic body of the plugs are very similar and on first inspection seem to go together but then square pegs in round holes happens. anyone experience this? or have i the correct part number. its no good to me now it seems. Any help would be great. Cheers
